Add zig

We want to add zig because it's both a zig and C compiler that supports cross-comiplation out-of-the-box. It also makes it easier to cross-compile Rust and Go!

This would be more similar to the Go and Node installers in that, rather than GitHub Releases, zig has its own release system:
