Describe the bug

During a refactor some Kestrel trace log methods were reordered to group them together by logic. This makes it difficult to understand what event IDs (an incrementing number) are used, and what the next event ID should be.

What's the Problem?

There should be a new way to trigger the multiselect function for folders and files. The current experience could be improved.

Solution/Idea

I come up with this solution, adding multiselect trigger on the left side of the name column. By doing that, doing multiselect will be faster and reducing steps required to do multiselect.

Please describe your bug

When the server is stopped it sends a notification to all connected WebSocket clients, the message looks like this:

{"MessageType":"ServerShuttingDown","MessageId":"d9fbbca3037344b689490d35ec2d4ed7","Data":""}

(id is unique)

Unfortunately it then just stops the server, ending the connection abruptly. It would be nice if the clients get properl

We can build much smaller Mono runtime for .NET Core purposes by simply removing code we don't need in this configuration. We did a few easy initial steps but we can go much further.
