zipfilelibrary supports acompresslevelargument to set the compression level when using gzip and bzip2. This pull request introduces a preset parameter toZipFile.write,ZipFile.writestrand the constructor ofzipfile.ZipFileto control the LZMA filter preset, in line with the capabilities of thetarfilelibrary.Resolves #76909
