Describe the solution you'd like

The suggestion for changes in NewtonsoftJsonInputFormatter was already implemented in .Net 5 and is also in .Net 7.
It would be a great help to implement it also in .Net 6 in the next version of the Microsoft.AspNetCore.Mvc.NewtonsoftJson package.
