Script should do the following

• Validate the links of the podcasts (whether they are broken)
• Validate the order of the podcasts in each category (and also categories)

Break the build when either of the above validations fail

We already have TargetFile.from_data() / TargetFile.from_file() to calculate hashes and length for a target.
We should optionally support hashes and length for Metafile too (but likely the API is not same, see below).

This hasn't come up so far because we haven't really used the optional hashes in our metafiles... it did come up in theupdateframework/go-tuf#228.

I noticed in miroslavpejic85/p2p@171947c that the stun servers are hardcoded. Wouldn't it be better practice to leave them easily editable in a config file (possibly eventually in the GUI)?
