just found 3.10.5 has no dpiawareness.

Does it need dpiawareness? Please explain why you think it needs it.

because it looks blurred on 4k monitors. and the only thing to dpiawareness is adding a line in the manifest.

Seems the OP is referring to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/hidpi/setting-the-default-dpi-awareness-for-a-process

(I am not afflicted by having a 4k monitor so can't reproduce -- standard 1080p here!)

just checked that it seems python uses wixtoolset to build windows installer,
but it seems not support high dpi until wix.4.0 and which is currently in development
