Remove Lib/test/test_lib2to3.py
Sort file to make the tests more reproducible.

I tested that running test_lib2to3 works as expected on an installed Python. The change doesn't remove tests: I still count 671 tests on Python 3.12 with this change, same count than Python 3.11. |

lib2to3 is deprecated and will be removed in Python 3.13, but I prefer to do the change to fix #54781 in Python 3.12. |
