Current implementation of Go binding can not specify options.

GPUOptions struct is in internal package. And go generate doesn't work for protobuf directory. So we can't specify GPUOptions for NewSession.

Feature request

Is the addition of the 'OPTforSequenceClassification' class scheduled?
Is someone handling it?
When adding these functions, I wonder if it is possible to PR one by one, or if I have to PR all classes supported by other models.

The current implementation of Zero Redundancy optimizer has its own implementation of object broadcasting.

We should replace it with c10d [broadcast_object_list](https://pytorch.org/docs/stable/distributed.html#torch.distributed.broadcast_object_lis

PR #22722 introduced a common method for the validation of the parameters of an estimator. We now need to use it in all estimators.

Please open one PR per estimator or family of estimators (if one inherits from another). The title of the PR should mention which estimator it's dealing with and the description of the PR should begin with towards #23462.

Currently many more Python projects like dask and optuna are using Python type hints. With the Python package of xgboost gaining more and more features, we should also adopt mypy as a safe guard against some type errors and for better code documentation.

Add types/docments to the Learner.get_preds function. This function is essential to any fastai user and has almost no documentation. Add types and text to the variables as we have in many places now.
