Deprecate the following C functions: * PySys_SetArgv() * PySys_SetArgvEx() * PySys_SetPath()

This change added new warnings to the compile on the buildbots. I thought we had a rule about keeping supported platforms (Tier 1) compiler warning free, but I cannot seem to track down that guideline right now. |
