Bug report

I have Python 3.10.8 installed on my system and everything works fine. But when I tried to update to version 3.10.9, the installer failed!
I tried to download the installer again.

• The installer recognizes my installation and offers to update it!

• CPython versions tested on: 3.10.8 64-bit -> 3.10.9 64-bit (https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.10.9/python-3.10.9-amd64.exe)
• Operating system and architecture: Windows 10 x64

Error:

The file 'python.dll' cannot be installed because the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'cab1.cab'. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.
