I tested manually that LANG= ./python Tools/c-analyzer/c-analyzer.py analyze and LANG= ./python Tools/c-analyzer/check-c-globals.py commands still work.

Note: it seems like the tool doesn't support my French locale, it cannot parse GCC output. LANG= works around the issue.
