I have a use-case for Rust Python and I'd like to improve the capabilities of CodeObject.

I'd like to work on

• access to individual sub-items (notably, functions),
• linking,
• making Literal type public.

Additionally, I'd like to

• Either improve documentation or provide necessary utilities to allow easy creation of rustpython_vm::builtins::PyBaseExceptionrustpython_vm::builtins::PyBaseException,
