The 2nd extraordinary session of the General Assembly was held at UNESCO Headquarters, 17 March 2025.
This extraordinary session of the General Assembly has been requested, in accordance with Rule 4.2 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Assembly, for States Parties to decide on the modalities for the organization of the 25th session of the General Assembly in 2025.
The meeting was held in Room II, from 10.00am to 12.30pm (Paris time)
