This is the source of information for AAPFCO, its membership, Rules & Standards (including the model "Uniform State Fertilizer Bill" and other model bills), Uniform Policy Statements and Official Terms. Also contains meeting, committee and financial reports, and also directories of State and National Control Officials.

The Online AAPFCO Official Publication is now a reality! The subscription to AAPFCO Online includes an electronic AAPFCO Official Publication (protected, searchable PDF), calendar functions, discussion group access, and committee discussions. Commercial Fertilizer
"Commercial Fertilizers 2017" is available in pdf format from the Fertilizer Institute (TFI). The Association of American Plant Food Control Officials (AAPFCO), in partnership with TFI, has published the 2017 edition of the Commercial Fertilizer Report. The report, which documents consumption by nutrient and by state, is $100 (USD) per copy for members of TFI and AAPFCO, and $250 (USD) per copy for non-members. The publication of the report can be found at the TFI Store: https://store.tfi.org/collections/all.

Excel or ASCII text formats of the Commercial Fertilizer 2017 data are available. AAPFCO sells the FY2017 data sets for $600 each. FY 2014-2016 at $250 each and all other historic data (2013-1985) are $50 each. The data are available via e-mail. Send your order via e-mail stating the format you prefer and include the year(s) you wish to receive.
AAPFCO Operations Manual

The history and structure of AAPFCO and its committees. Association operations are described, including information on hosting an annual meeting.


Inspection Manual

The Seminars Committee encourages each state to provide a copy of the AAPFCO Inspection Manual for each of their fertilizer inspectors and to have at least one copy of the AAPFCO Inspection Video in their office.
