Description: low upload and download speed in google services
Steps to Reproduce:
When I attempt to upload files to Google Drive, the upload speed never exceeds 20 Mbps, often staying below that threshold. However, when using any other Chromium-based browser or Chrome, the upload speed consistently reaches over 300 Mbps. The same issue occurs with downloads: the speed starts low and doesn't reflect the true cache or real download speed. In contrast, using other Chromium-based browsers or Chrome shows a much higher and more consistent speed.
