Shipping policy

HI-CHEW® is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, or packages sent to the wrong address. We also will not provide refunds or replacements in these cases. If you experience any issues with delivery, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Once a package is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, UPS or another shipping carrier, HI-CHEW® is not responsible for it.

*For any domestic order returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of package.

We do not cover or reimburse for shipping costs regarding a return/exchange. Our shipping charges are based on standard carrier rates, and we do not charge our customers any additional fees for shipping.

HI-CHEW®’s fulfillment center is in Las Vegas, NV and shipments to some regions can take up to 7 days depending on the time and date of your order and the destination of the package. Shipments to Hawaii may take longer. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
