While some of the reporting is less thrilling then expected, it's maintained a fairly high-quality over the years.
Weather lovers take note, they have their own forecasting stations in 11 places across the Greater Toronto Area, besides the Toronto Island Airport.
In my opinion, while they tend to ignore Peel, they have the best coverage of news for the area, of any station. If you're out at some newsworthy event or community happening, and you see a camera there, it's most likely them.
(Regarding another user's post about Gord/Dini never being to Ontario Place, that's more than 15 years ago, try the broadcast again.)

I recall -- it's a few years ago now -- when Gord Martineau and Dini Petty were co-hosting. They had just reported a story about Ontario Place. Now, remember, this is the newscast that had its "finger on the pulse of Toronto". Dini said, "You know, Gord. I've never been to Ontario Place." Then Gord turned to Dini and said, "You know what, Dini? I've never been there either."
Thanks for hiring those two, Moses. Thanks a lot.
